Based on old and dumped photo albums found at various flea markets, I have sampled, curated, and reworked a series of photographs into an atmosphere; a journey; a world.
Through an open and fragmented sequence of snapshots, we are taken—beyond time and place—on an expedition to a hidden island. It is a journey into the unknown, a dive into darkness in a world off the grid.
